This Carry-In Service is intended for Annual Tech Support Subscribers only. Services such as diagnostics/trouble shooting like virus repairs or tune-ups, at no additional cost per Carry-In Service. This contract is to be utilized quarterly. It would be advised to have the computer serviced once every 3 months to keep it running as fast & optimized as possible. In essence this is a preventative maintenance program. It's to help prevent system crashes and the possibility of losing data due to viruses or malicious software attacking the computer.

This is intended for scheduling a pick up once you have been advised that the services are complete.

These certified used products can be purchased at Computech's in-house tech shop. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). Email me to inquire about options and what product is available and on hand at the time. All laptops & desktops will be professionally tested & restored back to a like-new state as well as optimized and dialed in & ready for the New User. Anti-Virus/Annual Tech Support & Microsoft Office Packages are available for purchase.

This service also includes a usb flash drive/recovery disc service (cd/dvd media or flash drive included) which creates a set of CDs/DVDs or a flash drive that can be used to boot up your computer and recover the operating system and software to factory settings in the event of a system failure. Creating these discs or recovery flash drive upon purchase of your PC, before you experience any PC problems is recommended by PC manufacturers.

A Solutions Engineer will install computer memory and adjust the "page file" for a customer that is purchasing memory or has computer memory they need installed. Power clean recommended as Add-On service.

The recovery disc service (cd/dvd media included) creates a set of CDs/DVDs that can be used to boot up your computer and recover the operating system and software to factory settings in the event of a system failure. Creating these discs upon purchase of your PC, before you experience any PC problems is recommended by PC manufacturers.

You may be tempted to just throw out old hard drives, erase them, or worse, stockpile them in storage. But if confidential data gets into the wrong hands it can lead to lost valuable personal data. If you’re not using a secure destruction method, your personal privacy and data is at risk. Here at Computech a Solutions Engineer will perform a destructive data wipe which will permanently erase all the end users data off the drive.

A Solutions Engineer will backup a customer's data to an external drive provided by the customer of 16 gigs or higher then migrate the data to a new or existing PC or Mac. Service does NOT include the cost of an external drive.

Dust & debris will be removed from inside the case and external case will be cleaned as well. By maintaining the internal system components ridding them free of dust debris eliminates the threat of dust particles creating static electricity and clinging to your hardware components like a magnet and shorting out hardware such as RAM (Random Access Memory) and other crucial motherboard components.

The Annual Tech Support Subscription provides a full year of technical support for your PC or Windows based Tablet from our highly skilled Solutions Engineers. Keep your PC or Windows based Tablet running in top shape with our PC Tune Up, or solve frustrating problems like browser crashes, driver conflicts, or viruses & malicious software with our expert diagnosis & repair - all covered as part of your subscription (Excludes Hardware) Carry-In/Remote service is also included with this support at no cost per incident. Must have a DSL or High Speed ISP (Internet Service Provider) to qualify for Remote Service & customer must have an active & current Anti-Virus Checker to qualify for the Annual Tech Support Subscription.

A Solutions Engineer will come out onsite to a customer's home/business to perform a NEW network setup. This service includes installation & configuration by securing a wireless network to prevent unauthorized access to customer's personal data. Service does NOT include the cost of a wireless router.

A Solutions Engineer will come out onsite to a customer's home/business that has an EXISTING network setup, and install and configure a wireless printer. NOTE, the Solutions Engineer will not set up a customer's network with in this service.
